Clinical Associate - Therapist

About the position

Beautiful Minds, is seeking dedicated and motivated Clinical Associates to join our growing field clinical team!

As a Clinical Associate for our IIC or IIH program, you would provide therapeutic services to youth, adolescents, and families in their home who have been diagnosed with mental health disorder. As a Clinical Associate, you would complete and review clinical documentation while also assisting in recruiting, interviewing, and providing support to other field team members.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide clinical services per month. (Telehealth or In Person)

  • Assess clients to define presenting problems, determine diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.

  • Recruiting and interviewing of new hires.

  • Monitor the submission of clinical documentation.

  • Provide guidance and support to service providers.

  • Promote Beautiful Minds’ philosophy, principles, and procedures.

  • Participate in development opportunities and continuing education for professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

  • Experience with in-home services

  • Licensure as LAC or LSW or MFT

  • Experience in a community health care environment, counseling agency, or other related field preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience using computers and related technology

  • Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance policy.

  • Ability to use his/her own vehicle.

  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize work.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
